The Department of Transportation requires that supervisors designated to determine reasonable suspicion receive training on alcohol and controlled substance use.  This course will give your supervisors the confidence to handle uncooperative drivers and awkward situations involving employees' potential drug use.

Your supervisors are your first line of defense against the liability of the employee drug and alcohol abuse.

  • Our course will help your supervisors understand:
  • Common signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol misuse
  • What to look for and observations to document
  • How to handle and approach suspicious employees
  • Who is responsible for conducting the testing
  • Rules and regulations surrounding your employees' privacy
This course is a must for every DOT regulated company.  It is important that you have several supervisors trained at each location.
